    Pros

Pay was very good for just ringing people out for food. Management was very understandable with scheduling. The staff was very friendly. Co-workers were fun and easy to get along with.

    Cons

Most of the staff are college age, so college attitudes and drama come along with it sometimes.

    Advice to Management

Concentrate more time on the employees, college age or not, that are doing well and work as a team.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Penn State University (State College, PA).

    Interview

The interview was informal and laid back. Very pleasant and informative about all duties to be performed. Interviewer did ask a lot of questions about past experience. I was showed all the different areas that I would be working and equipment that I would be using. That was all before I was even offered the job.
