    Pros

Fair pay(for a fair days work -do your job everyday!) Good Insurance Program (Best I have had in years.) Drivers & Management know their responsibilities. Corporate folks are eager to help. Owners appreciate their employees.

    Cons

Hours are long but look this is trucking - either you can handle it or you cant! I have done this for over 40 years & not complaining. Having a few gray hairs means I have seen people come & go! If you want a 9 to 5 job, trucking is not where you need to be either as a driver or supervisor.

    Advice to Management

    None
