I have been working at Penna full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Penna is a really great company to work for that takes a genuine interest in the people that work there.

    Cons

A few outdated systems! A number of steps have been taken to move this forward but everyone would save a lot of time if these were updated

    Advice to Management

Things have been evolving so much at Penna this year and all the effort on the social side of things has definitely bought us closer as a business - keep doing what you are doing!
