The goals aren't too pressured. There are opportunities for quarterly bonuses. You learn a lot in a small amount of time which is nice especially of it's your first bank position. Focused on the customer and customers really appreciate it.

Seems like they're trying to be a bigger bank. Some operations are totally ridiculous. Raises are pathetic. Since it's not a big bank, it's hard to expand and stand up to bigger retail competitors or credit unions. Training courses usually aren't close. Management can be stuck in old ways. Poor communication at times.

    Advice to Management

If you're going to implement new ways of doing things, make sure they actually make sense for the CSAs in the branch.

I applied online – interviewed at People's United Bank.

I submitted an online application. Then a supervisor of the call center called me for a quick phone interview. After a couple days, I was invited in for one an in person interview with two supervisors and the department manager. After another few days, I was offered the position.
