    Pros

I was extremely surprised when my first job w/ PS paid double my previous salary, even though it was temporary. It didn't turn out so well, but, I was almost immediately assigned to a nee job, which I've recently been hired full - time to!. Greatly indebted to PS for the opportunity. Also, there's tons of open jobs. Always updated on them. Surprising in this economy.

    Cons

Jobs are mostly in PA suburbs, it seems. Can be a hassle to commute if you don't have a car.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work. You do a great service.

    Application

I applied through a staffing agency – interviewed at PeopleShare.

    Interview

I was greeted by an immense amount of relatable, nice, generous employees. I had to fill out a couple forms etc. Meeting with my recruiter however was not what I expected. I told her my pay range which was pretty low in my opinion 13-16 hourly. I have a B.A and am working on a second. So I informed her I needed a job that would give me afternoons on some days. She told me my expectations were high. She also disregarded my desires and offered me an opportunity that was about an hour away on the bus, which truly equals about hour and a half due to syncing of bus schedules. I told her that would not work, she snapped at me telling me if I truly wanted to work I should be more flexible. I was told to look elsewhere. I was disappointed because I expected so much more from our initial phone interview, but I suppose everything happens for a reason. I would recommend that the recruiters actually look at the persons needs and desires, do not low ball them. If a person with little experience and a h.s diploma can make $12 an hour why should I a person with a bachelor's degree and with an immense amount of experience accept the same pay grade, I mean think logically people.

    Reasons for Declining

The job was out of my way, and the pay was the same amount as a friend of mine whom only has a h.s diploma. Also the recruiter was a true you know what
