    Pros

Pepsi is a very fast paced environment. The company has great benefits and recent technology upgrades make managing easier. The work day has different challenges every day that keeps it interesting.

    Cons

The technology makes it difficult to not work when not at the office since the business runs seven days a week.

    Advice to Management

The company needs to put more focus on training and development of its employees. Especially in the technology area.
