Changing the way you think about Corporate Dentistry.
At PERFECT TEETH™ we are more than a dental group; we are 66 offices of caring employees focused on creating and maintaining relationships with every patient that comes through our doors. Unlike many other group practices that were founded and run solely by business executives, our founders included a dentist who understands that great patient care is what truly drives business; take care of patients and they'll take care of you! Every person in our organization is focused on providing the Gold Standard in patient care which keeps our patients coming back time and time again.
As a publicly traded company (NASDAQ Capital Market: BDMS), we are held to a higher level of standards. Our public status is uncommon in our industry and is a result of financial stability and solid placement in the marketplace. We are proud to have built a strong and dependable name in corporate dentistry and we look forward to continuing to improve our results year over year.
Based in Denver, Colorado, we serve three states and thousands of patients every year - but we aren't stopping there. We are in the middle of a strategic growth plan that includes upgrading every one of our offices both aesthetically and digitally as well as adding new offices each year. Every office we open is reflective of the Gold Standard in patient care, with the quality worthy of carrying the PERFECT TEETH™ name.
You may think you know corporate dentistry, but you don't know PERFECT TEETH™. We are moving in a new direction and we want to take those interested in achieving greatness with us. At PERFECT TEETH™, everyone's focus is to be the best dental group and hire the most talented individuals in our regions; our focus is to be the best, not the biggest.

PERFECT TEETH is a publicly traded company established in 1995. We offer long-term careers for our hygienists and a steady patient flow.
Changing the way you think about Autonomy.
At PERFECT TEETH™, we do corporate dentistry differently. We believe dentists should have the ability to practice how they feel best serves their patients without the administrative burdens that traditionally come with owning a practice. We also believe they should be compensated for their hard work in terms they understand.
Our affiliated dentists are the core of our business and we understand the importance of providing the freedom to practice how they want. Each dentist has their own style when it comes to how they provide treatment and interact with patients, and it's those unique personalities that drive the different cultures in each of our locations. We are a dental group, but most practices are designed and built for one general dentist and one hygienist, creating offices that have individual identities that feel like a private practice. This environment provides the best of both worlds for dentists who are looking to maintain an active lifestyle outside of the office, while remaining hands on in their careers. It's this structure that allows experienced dentists to flourish within the organization.
We are proud to provide our affiliated dentists with a guaranteed income, an established patient base, and the opportunity to build long-term relationships with their patients and office staff with no capital commitment. Dentists with a variety of past experience have chosen PERFECT TEETH™: private practice, residencies, military, even other groups...discover for yourself what it means to work for the company that delivers the Gold Standard in patient care.
Changing the way you think about Your Lifestyle.

Many compassionate and talented Dentists, Hygienist, and auxiliary staff members. Too bad they are considered disposable.Cons
Incompetent Regional Manager. Pay range lower than average for area with no chance for increase. Poor work/life balance. High employee and provider turnover rate.Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookNo opinion of CEO

You meet with the Regional Manager and Office Manager, not the CEO. They bring you on a tour of the office and ask you a series of critical thinking type questions to judge you on your clinical judgement.Interview Questions
Negotiation DetailsRead the contract VERY carefully. The main thing to look at is the termination policy and notice of resignation. In my opinion, 90 days is too long to be hanging out at a job you dislike.Accepted OfferAverage Interview
- The whole process was difficult due to the fact non-clinical employees were asking a potential clinical employee questions. It was crossing boundaries to have a business person ask a healthcare provider questions about patient care. The CEO or President (whichever one is the Clinician) should have been present for the interview. Answer Question
