    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at Performance Institute in February 2007.

    Interview

I was brought in for a 1 to 1 interview and then had a phone call interview with another manager. I have worked their before, so once I accepted the offer, I had to apply online take some tests and submit paperwork. The workplace had drastically improved since the first time I had worked there.

    Interview Questions

    Negotiation

Negotiate reasonably. Make an offer to prove yourself and then renegotiate in a 3 month review.
