I worked at Perry Ellis International full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

There were a lot of opportunities to learn. The company offered great benefits. The health benefits were at an affordable price. It was a fun place to work!

    Cons

There was no room for growth in my department. I was up for the challenge but not given the opportunity and that led me to leave. There are lot of opportunities for improvement but they are working on it.

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Perry Ellis International.

    Interview

Short. Interviewed and hired immediately. The manager wasn't really that sharp. He assumed my background and college experience was enough. I'm not sure he understood how the interview was actually a better idea for me on how the company worked.
