I worked at Personal Group Of Companies full-time (more than a year)Pros
Excellent money making possibilities. If you can sell, you can make a fortune. Benefits and incentives are great; luxury holidays, outstanding commission and luxury motors after smashing targets.Cons
The training was terrible, 2 weeks of 9am to 6pm classroom time, which you are told on day 1 in the field is irrelevant, the Company is basically covering its backside should any complaints be made to the FCA.
Working away from home Monday to Friday is a bit of a killer, but we were told up front at the interview that this would happen.Advice to ManagementAdvice

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks – interviewed at Personal Group Of Companies in September 2012.Interview Details
Online Psychometric tests followed by 2 stage interview process; group assessment followed by individual interview @ Head Office. The Interview gives a very good and thorough assessment of the position, my first day in the field was exactly as the interview portrayed it.
I was offered a position to start approximately 2 weeks after my 2nd interview, however there was a guy on my induction that had waited for almost 4 months to start.Interview Questions
