I worked at Pharmacy OneSource full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

All the fun and excitement of working at a startup without the ulcers and worry. Beautiful office space, well-appointed team rooms, solid leadership, a vision of where the product should be. A commitment to agile development and the pervasive attitude of continuous learning and development. Nap rooms! Free designer coffee and drinks to stay hydrated. Innovation festivals. Social committee with activities for mixing with colleagues regularly. Super smart people.

    Cons

Sometimes it's difficult to collaborate with far-flung team members, but they provide the tools to make it seem like you're in the same room with them.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Wolters Kluwer bought PharmacyOneSource because the product was awesome. So continue that arms-length policy of letting them do their thing.

I applied in-person. The process took 6+ monthsinterviewed at Pharmacy OneSource in January 2010.

    Interview Details

phone interview followed by in person interview. Very strange questions. In person interview was 2 and half hours long!!!!! No one seemed to know who was in charge, but I think there was some sort of transition going on.
