    Pros

Family feeling in the store. busy pace made the day go by very fast. Great co workers made it a good place to work in.

    Cons

Technology at times seems dated compared to other retailers. Schedule changes may happen with a limited amount of notice to the employee.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing the great things, it's about the people.
