I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Philips Electronics.
Phone screens with full day interviews. It also has a 1 hour research presentation. The interview is quite structured -- some of them individual and others are team presentations. There is also a HR interview at the end. I felt that the interviews could be a bit more technical, sometimes the questions are asked from the talk that you give.
