    Philips to sell majority interest in combined LED components and Automotive lighting business to consortium led by GO Scale Capital

    Amsterdam, the Netherlands - Royal Philips (NYSE: PHG, AEX: PHIA) today announced that it has signed an agreement with a consortium led by GO Scale Capital through which they will acquire an 80.1% interest in Philips' combined LED components and Automotive lighting business, with Philips retaining the remaining 19.9%* interest.

    I applied online. The process took 4+ monthsinterviewed at Philips Lighting.


    First phone interview, 2 weeks later SKYPE interview with a Manager in Italy. Again after 2 weeks phone interview and then after a 2 weeks SKYPE interview!. After that personal interview. Again after 2 weeks another SKYPE interview. Waited 3 weeks for an answer, called, left a message. Finally after 4 months of initial contact got ONE line e-mail "Regret to inform that we have choosen another candidate"
