While away serving our country, his manager and colleagues team up to cover his work, periodically check in with his family, and frequently make donations to humanitarian missions he leads overseas. For Mark, Philips isn't his just his employer; we are his support base and extended family.

    I have been working at Philips North America full-time (more than 5 years)


    It's great to be able to work remotely from where ever I am at. Travel was good for a time. There is a lot of business that needs IT help and being able to help everyone on all levels is very rewarding.


    If you aren't good at maintaining visibility through online presence you will have difficulty networking with people here. Also, if you don't like being up at 3am for an important meeting or escalation you won't like it. Personally I loved it but a lot of people need standard hours.

    Management is very great at visibility and communication with very clear goals outlined.
