I worked at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital full-time (More than 10 years)
The employees are hardworking to ensure good customer service for patients.
Narrow-minded leadership. One leader's opinion affects other leaders in a negative way. The result is employees getting treated poorly without concrete reasons. The leaders do not mentor their subordinates equally because of personal feelings towards those employees.
Advice to Management
Put personal feelings aside and spend time getting to know your employees equally. Learn how to foster a positive working relationship in the department by example. Give your employees a chance to improve instead of deciding they are not worth your time or effort. A leader should want success for all their employees, not just their favorites.

I was interviewed by the potential managers, nice enough. An offer was made, offer accepted, then offer rescinded due to a hiring freeze AFTER I had put in my notice at my other job, purchased uniforms, done my drug test.
- Can you handle multiple priorities? Answer Question
Like I said, offer was made and accepted and then rescinded 4 days before my 2 weeks notice was up at my current job.
