    No opinion of CEO

getting to know the people and having a feeling of a small team working well together. Benefits and compensations were satisfactory and comparable to other companies in the bay area.

Too much work pressure at times - lot of travel even for engineers specially during installs of systems at customer fabs.

    Advice to Management

Would help to be a bit more communicative with the various groups both here and in other geographical locations.

I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Photon Dynamics in January 2008.

Initial discussion was a phone screen with the Hiring Manager. I was referred to him through a mutual friend. After this discussion, went through a series of 1:1 interviews with various levels of team members. Had to come back for follow-on rounds. A total of 3 rounds; met with 6 individuals in all, including the HR manager and the hiring manager's boss.
