    Pros

Great team to work with and multiple programs to be a part of.

    Cons

Poor leadership within the administrative office. Also, there are questionable actions taken by CEO and his family he employs.

    Advice to Management

My advice would be to stop hiring your family and look to hire individuals who are best for the roles needed to fill.

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took a weekinterviewed at Pilsen-Little Village Community Mental Health Center (Chicago, IL) in January 2009.

    Interview

Hiring and interview are normal nothing to be worry about. If you accept this low salary and bad conditions you are in. Do not expect they fulfill the promises they made in the interview. There is no chance to develop a career here or raise your salary.

    Interview Questions

    • None. Don't worry to much about the interview process. They accept almost everybody if they have the studies or experience. They ask about your previous experience and see if they like you or not depends on your behavior and your way to talk. Usually they required people that speaks well in Spanish and they will check yours too.   Answer Question
