I worked at Pilsen-Little Village Community Mental Health Center full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Great team to work with and multiple programs to be a part of.

    Cons

Poor leadership within the administrative office. Also, there are questionable actions taken by CEO and his family he employs.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

My advice would be to stop hiring your family and look to hire individuals who are best for the roles needed to fill.

Hiring and interview are normal nothing to be worry about. If you accept this low salary and bad conditions you are in. Do not expect they fulfill the promises they made in the interview. There is no chance to develop a career here or raise your salary.
