I worked at Pimco as an intern (less than an year)

You are surrounded by intelligent, talented people who are willing to help you learn the ins and outs of investment banking and how the company runs.

The works hours are very long and you start very early. If you do well with their internship it does not guarantee a job after you graduate.

Interviewing process was very extensive, long interviews, you meet with several different members of HR team. Everyone is extremely nice and helpful. Fairly basic interview. I like that you got to meet with so many members of the department because it gave you a good idea of the different types of people you would be working with on a day to day basis.
