    Pros

It's a well structured and well run company with plenty of room for business and employee growth. It fosters a collegial environment where ideas for improvement are well received and promoted. I found the compensation package overall satisfactory.

    Cons

It's owned by UniCredit Group (a large European bank) and considering the recent economic mayhem in Europe, it would be a concern should there be any spillover effect. However, it should be noted that UniCredit has been managed quite well during the preceding global economic crisis.

    Application

The process took 4+ weeksinterviewed at Pioneer Investment Management (Andover, MA) in March 2010.

    Interview

First a phone interview, then got called into the offices. I spoke with three people in an interview setting and spent about 30 minutes speaking with DMS/Sales Representatives that were recently hired. The entire process took about 3.5 hours to finish. Overall, the interview was not too difficult, questions to be concerned with if you truly want the job (my heart isn't really in investments) are really where you see yourself in the future (they want to hear that you wish to grow within the organization) and what interests you about the position (AKA did you do your homework about the company before interviewing).
