Very flexible with your personal life and willing to work out schedule conflicts. Willing to let you grow and increase your skills. Very friendly positive atmosphere. I felt like every employee had a voice there. I would absolutely recommend this employer to someone who is willing to work hard and wants to gain new skills on a professional level.

    - It seemed like the path to a promotion was not very clear.

    Advice to Management

Communicate the acknowledgment of employee's achievements. By no means am I implying that management does not recognize it. However, employees may not realize this.

It was a basic process starting with a phone interview and then an onsite interview shortly after. The person interviewing seemed to be under stress with other parts of his job.
