    Pros

    Profitable company with solid stability.
Customers love the products, are loyal to the brand.
Lots of nice people, and people tend to stay at the company for a long time.

    Cons

Outside of headsets the company has had little success.
Slow to get out new products.
Much energy spent on selling koolaid internally which impacts ability to move the ball forward externally.

    Advice to Management

Do fewer things better, commit to doing new things to completion versus dabbling in lots of things that never amount to anything.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 10+ monthsinterviewed at Plantronics (Santa Cruz, CA) in November 2014.

    Interview

Got a call from HR and scheduled a call with Hiring manager and the rest of the process was driven only by the hiring manager. He scheduled the rest of the interviews.
All in all, had 1 HR call, 1 tech call with Hiring manager, 1 more tech call with 3-4 team members where they provide question paper 1 hr before the interview that needs to be solved and submitted for another 1 hr call. Then there will be at least 2 rounds face to face interviews.
