    I worked at Plastek full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

    Get to design a lot of different products. Work with 3D (Pro/E). Friendly environment. Design department works as a team. Benefits are good.

    Cons

    Low pay. Need to work a lot of hours to make money.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pay employees more money for what they know and do.
    Provide lunch at least once a month to show appreciation to employees for they do.
