I have been working at Plastipak Holdings full-time (more than an year)

A very stable company that is growing beyond expectations ! An invisible empire that is growing in plastics business.
You get to learn a lot. The management is very well experienced.

The company is very micro managed by the management.
The ability to take decisions should be left to the middle level management too.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

With the business growing, micro managing should come down and let the middle level management take few decisions.

    Application Details

interviewed at Plastipak Holdings in October 2013.

    Interview Details

External Headhunter, calls, meeting with senior management, meeting with board of directors of the local subsidiary. Process very professional. Lasted about 5 weeks. The environment seems to be good, although senior management reinforced they work in a high pressure and multi taski environment. The company decided to opt for a less experienced candidate, due to remuneration/compensation package difference.
