Chief Executive Officer
PlattForm is changing lives through education.
For more than 25 years, PlattForm has helped higher education institutions around the world attract, retain and prepare students for success beyond graduation. It takes an eclectic mix of individuals and self-starters to extend the missions of our partner institutions to a wider audience, and you’ll find PlattForm is the sum of its marketing strategists, creative minds, digital specialists, problem solvers and data lovers.
Higher education is changing faster than ever before, and we’re excited to be at the heart of that change.
Having the chance to make a difference
Education strengthens individuals, families and ultimately, communities. It’s more than earning power. It’s the confidence that stems from pursuing your dreams with persistence and hard work.
Everyone at PlattForm believes in the power of education because we’ve seen firsthand what it can do.
Being bold and doing meaningful work
You’ll see our rallying cry pop up often. We aren’t looking for people to do the same things that have always been done. We’re looking for innovators who want to grow personally and professionally in the pursuit of better education access and outcomes.
Building something higher education has never seen before
It’s more than “higher education marketing,” “enrollment management,” and “online learning services.” Education is evolving, and we’re adapting to meet those needs before a category ever exists. We help a diverse set of institutions scale their enrollment, integrate career preparation into the core curriculum, create and deliver course content and improve graduation rates through proactive student support.
Growing with a dedicated team
PlattForm is people, and we’re building a world-class team of individuals that want to challenge themselves and each other to help our partner institutions further the mission of higher education. Innovation comes from unexpected places, and everyone is expected to bring solutions to the table. We take our work seriously, yet we have a casual atmosphere and prioritize fun in what we do.
We may be biased, but we believe we have something you just need to experience. Our culture has been called many things, including “working hard,” “playing hard” and just plain “infectious.”
At its core, our culture is about challenging each other to be the best we can be – both personally and professionally. We take the time to recognize wins, develop our skills and have some fun.
Giving Back Is Our Culture
More than two decades ago, a team of PlattFormers got together to discuss what exactly philanthropy meant to us. The group came up with words like "inspire," "engage" and "serve." After much deliberation and brainstorming, these words became the foundation of our own in-house philanthropy. We now affectionately call ourselves Team Phil.
We are an unstoppable group of advocates committed to helping others achieve and making our communities better places to live.
We coordinate fundraisers; organize food and clothing drives; and complete Emmy-winning, pro bono charity videos. All of this is done to raise awareness and millions of dollars for our nonprofit partners – to name a few of them: SAVE Inc., Kids TLC, the Ronald McDonald House, Della Lamb, Habitat for Humanity and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
If lending a helping hand is a way of life, you’ll always find paintbrushes, shovels or another tool used for good in our hands.
Make a Difference.
For 25 years we’ve been passionate about changing lives through education. As the marketing and enrollment management partner of choice for more than 4,000 colleges and universities worldwide, we impact thousands of lives daily.
As marketing and education continue to evolve, our dedication to excellence and best-in-class service remains. From traditional media and digital marketing to International Recruitment and Academic Program Management, we’ve led the way.
But we’re just getting started — in terms of capabilities, the markets we serve and as difference makers.
At PlattForm we believe in “work hard, play hard” as a philosophy to live by. You might find us brainstorming in a game-themed conference room or forging a friendship over a cup of coffee. We enjoy a challenging and flexible work environment and a rewarding health and wellness program. But that’s not all.
We know you’re looking for a place to grow and contribute. That’s why we encourage innovation and collaboration – creative and strategic thinking is what we thrive on, from our work itself to the way we operate. Plus, recognizing and rewarding hard work is a big deal to us. We come together every month to celebrate those who exemplify our company values.
PlattFormers contribute to our wide range of philanthropic activities; from food and toy drives to volunteering in the community. Giving back is something we’re proud of and it’s part of who we are.
Enjoy the Journey. Reach Your Destination.
Since we opened our doors in 1989 it has been a company priority to show our employees how much they’re valued. PlattFormers enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including personal paid time off, one charity PTO day, impressive 401K matching and resources for personal and professional development.
Not everyone is a fit, but if you think you have what it takes, check out our career opportunities. We’d like to get to know you.

I have been working at PlattForm full-time (More than 10 years)RecommendsPositive OutlookNo opinion of CEORecommendsPositive OutlookNo opinion of CEO
Positive daily work environment, casual work environment, fun culture, good health/dental/life benefits, immediately vested in 401K investments/match, summer flex Fridays, Holiday Week PTO, leadership that is now seeing that it is time to focus back on taking really good care of our people.
Leadership strength varies greatly, some managers are the best you could possibly want, and others should NOT be leaders of people.
Communication of HR information lacks consistency, some things you will get 20 emails about and other items you find out after the fact through the grapevine.
Advice to Management
Consistent efforts to make sure that leaders are trained to communicate well, give good feedback, and support their team's efforts.
Getting an Interview
Getting an Interview
- Accepted OfferPositive ExperienceAverage Interview
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ weeks – interviewed at PlattForm.
Was recommended by a family friend that works there. Emailed me asking for more information. 1 phone interview and one onsite interview. Received feedback 2 weeks after interviewing. Make sure you know what is on your resume and be able to explain any extracurricular activities you do outside of school and work.
- A phone interview asking the usual stuff: what projects have you done, what languages do you know, mostly behavioral. Onsite interview asked a few problem solving questions, more behavioral interview questions over resume. One programming question asking you to find sum of numbers between 1-10. Answer Question
