Corporate workplace with a family feel. Compensation was great and overtime was allowed. Hours were flexible. Lots of great people with a passion for their jobs and willing to improve and grow. Management rewarded employees regularly for meeting goals

Guidelines and structure were vague at some points. To many projects were assigned at a time to allow transition to other facilities.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took a dayinterviewed at Plum Creek Timber (Meridian, ID) in April 2009.

I was working as a consultant for the compnay so it wasn't a traditional interview. I had a lunch with the IT director to discuss pay and logistics. Since I had already worked for the company as a consultant for several it was already understood what my skills were.
