I have been working at PlumChoice full-time (more than 3 years)

Management is pretty solid. Most Supervisors get that but a few don't. Most positions are remote which can be nice if you can self manage. HR is great and always quick to answer questions.

Pay is rather low but considering there is no commute, no fuel to buy, it somewhat justifies lower salaries. Some lower level leads or supervisors let their position go to their heads and act like overseers not realizing you cannot brow-beat any employee to improve or excel. Most Supervisors get that but a few don't (especially "Agent Assists" do not)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Look at the great talent you have at lower levels who took their current position when no other jobs were available, for open technical & management roles.

They give you two tests to take, a multiple choice test with written questions and then a multiple choice test with questions regarding a "service call" you just heard. If you pass those tests, you have an interview with a supervisor over the phone.

    Negotiation Details
You're not able to negotiate. You start as a temp. The tell you it's 4 months of temp and they hire you directly, but most people are temps for about 2 years. The pay with the temp is $14/hour and it increases 50 cents when you are finally hired directly.
