I have been working at Plunkett Raysich Architects full-time

The flexible work schedule is a plus and is better than most. Excellent clients and wide range of projects to gain experience on. Many people on staff are willing to share their knowledge and experiences with the younger or new staff. The care and pride some staff take on their projects are amazing, and it shows in the final product.

The company is currently management top heavy. Some are good to work with and easy to get along with while others are ego driven and won't listen to any ideas not their own. Brash decisions are being made without care to those it directly affects. The wants of the few far outweigh the needs of the many. Some staff/management are overpaid for little work, while most staff are underpaid for too much work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to, don't just hear, your staff. They are the ones that are doing the work to make the company money. They should have more say in what happens than are given the opportunity to.
