I have been working at Polar Beverages full-time for more than a year

Time off when asked, early hours.

low pay, promised saturdays off when full time and my supervisor keeps trying to make me work going so far as giving me low hours during the week to make it so i need to to hit 40

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

carry through with your promises, and if you reps are working 12+ hours a day there is no reason you cant give the Merchandisers more hours when they need em and still give them the two days off they were promised.
