If you love to work and you care about what you do for a living this is a great place to be. The immediate management is great, always listens if you have a problem and no micro management. If you do your job they are more than flexible with working with you if an emergency arrives. Basically if you do your job they value you as not only an employee but as a human with human issues. The pay is good and over time is always welcomed.

Sometimes inner office issues arise due to what long term employees feel should be their duty and want to tell you how to do your job when they are your equal. Upper management handles such issues but also doesn't have the time to babysit which is understood. But in all honesty every business Has this issue from time to time.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The only advice I would have is more team building maybe in the former of meeting and more verbal appreciation.

Avoid this place. Interviewer showed up 45 minutes late. No apology or explanation. Avoided eye contact the entire time and looked as if he couldn't be bothered. The office itself looked like very old ar second hand furniture.
