The management is not on your back about production. It is pretty much a relaxed enviroment. The managers have a open door policy if you ever want to talk or have a opinion.

You have workers beside you stabbing you in the back due to all of the freedom employees have. Management have their favorites. The favorites get away with murder

    Advice to Management

Stop the favortism. All rules and regulations should apply to everyone.

    Easy Interview

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeksinterviewed at Premium Waters in March 2012.

A recruiter called me and said a client might be interested in my qualifications. When the salary range was mentioned, I was somewhat hesitant because it was quite low. But I decided to pursue it. Tip one: Go with your instincts. Who knows yourself better than you? The recruiter scheduled a phone screen with the HR Manager and Plant Manager. I thought the interview went well. The recruiter said the feedback received was good and they would follow up in a few days with the next steps. The following week I was told one of the managers had an unexpected emergency. Two weeks after that I was told they were still interested, but one of the managers had to take care of some other plant issue. A week later I was told they made an offer to someone else. Tip two: Trust your instincts.
