    Large publicly traded company with an international business plan and with a heavy focus on Asia. Growth is a mainstay of the culture and this is an exciting atmosphere to work in.


    London branch office on the peripheral of the organisations network, this means it can be neglected a little. Following periods of neglect sweeping change can follow, this type of dramatic paradigm shifting is detrimental to the London office's culture.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Continue to keep a focus, however small, on Western markets.
