Great place to use as a stepping stone to get to larger companies as there are high levels of turn around. The experience in the high tech field is invaluable.
The senior management does not support professional growth. They do not pay for courses such as PMP etc. The company has no clear direction in where it's looking for growth. They are clearly showing signs of regression by cutting wages, letting go of extra personal and demanding a larger work load on the middle management. So much so that if you take holidays there is no back-up support to take on the extra work load. This company is all about pushing people to work extra long hrs, through the weekend and finding ways to ensure the employee's are not compensated. There is no real communication from top management to the workers at all. The only information that's released to employee's is either through speculation from the employee's them selves or via the internet on the main website that is released to the public.
