    Pros

    PPA empowers every recruiter to work collaboratively in making placements or finding new clients; no shady recruiting practices here! It's also a full-desk recruiting firm, so your day will never be tedious or dull.

    Cons

    You truly have to be self-motivated. You have design your own day, workload, and recruiting strategies. While people are happy to answer questions, there is no official training.

    Advice to Management

    Regular one-on-one evaluations. Peer or Team evaluations could be really helpful!
