Great people, great Benefits, updated facility.

The business is complicated and can be tough to learn. If you are up to the challenge, then it may not be a Con for you.

    Advice to Management

A training manual for new employees to learn the lingo, and business rules of the company would be helpful.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at Princess House (Winston-Salem, NC) in June 2015.

Great process and would recommend it to others to save on cost of travel. Focused on Team and Succession Planning. Future team members participated in the process which is very important to ensure that you are a fit for the team as well as the company is a fit for you. A very relaxed process that starts with a Skype interview for qualifying after approval of recruiters
