I worked at Princeton Theological Seminary full-time (more than 3 years)

They are fantastic at providing training to all their students, which is a very diverse body. Compensation is excellent for work-study, and their strong relationship with Princeton University is extremely helpful for library access and classes.

They have had difficulty with vision and leadership at the top, as they are not sure whether they want to be a divinity school or a seminary that trains pastors. Often they do not communicate very well, and technology is always 3-5 years behind.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pick a vision and stick with it. Develop more IT infrastructure and staffing.
