I have been working at ProHealth Care full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    I can't think of any.

    Cons

Total lack of transparency with employee benefits which are almost impossible to understand how you earn and use paid time off. Before your practice merges with them they promise to keep employee compensation pkgs as they currently are, LIES. They have more rules and procedures than the US govt. The bottom line is they care very little for the employee and even less for the patients.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Application Details

I applied online. The process took a weekinterviewed at ProHealth Care in August 2014.

    Interview Details

Initial communication was by HR requesting a phone interview via email. Interview was promptly scheduled and at the end of the phone interview an interview with the hiring manager was scheduled for the following week. I received an offer within one week of the phone interview with HR so they were very prompt. Interview questions were typically what you would expect (a couple situational questions, strengths, weaknesses, etc.). During both interviews I was asked to go through all my past clinicals from school. Also asked if there were any clinical situations that were particularly rememberable. Nothing too difficult or unexpected.
