I have been working at ProSites full-time (more than a year)RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEORecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEO
Good company to work for, great atmosphere and friendly work environment. Lunch is catered the last work day of every month and the company has team building trips. Casual dress code and the managers are friendly, approachable, and open to new ideas. There is a young/modern vibe here! This is an exciting place to work!
With the company growing so fast new people are constantly coming in and it can feel chaotic at times. But with any growing company it will settle.
Advice to Management
Full benefits are offered as well as 401k. With the company expanding so fast there is tons of room for growth within the company. Management has PorSites headed in the right direction.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks – interviewed at ProSites (Temecula, CA) in June 2013.
Process is easy, they usually hire via AppleOne. Interview was easy, albeit a bit on the personal side. It seems as if they're a bit heavy on the personal interest questions.
Wanted people to engage in the process, call specific company reps and ask questions, wanted me to create a website trial under their site (they can track log-ins, etc) to establish a gauge of genuine interest and learn more about the 'product'.
- A bit overly personal. Asked a lot of "what do you like to do?" sort of questions and really intimate details of wages previously earned. (Obviously trying to gauge what wages I would accept) but otherwise if you've done sales before, it's the same ole same ole 1 Answer
No negotiation phase, they used AppleOne as a cushion. (They should really man up and forget the temp agency)
