Good work-life balance and fair; it is very easy going and people are nice. they have decent medical/health and dental benefits plus offer 401K.
No leadership direction or communication; salaries are below par; no sense of community; also no real opportunity for advancement or career growth and development. for past 8 years, never really felt like a real company until only recently about 2 years ago up until i left the company. There are no true performance evaluations conducted unless you ask your boss. i had to request mine and even then you are not guaranteed compensation increase. i went without one for 4 years. not good. thankfully i found something else that was more like a real company.
Advice to Management
Need more strategy/direction; no real mission/vision; should also communicate to employees more often about both good and bad.
