I worked at Procurian full-time (More than a year)
Great people and good leadership that emphasized the relationships and trust between management and employees. No micro managing, relaxed professional atmosphere. Flexible work hours.
Limited room for career growth within certain areas, open office policy can be off putting at times and makes it difficult to take phone calls. Work can be administrative in nature at times.
Advice to Management
Develop more robust career trees that allow and encourage employees opportunities for career advancement. Improve bonus structure and targets. Salaries not competitive enough to avoid retention issues.

- Pretty standard questions about experience, motivations, and the like. No real "gotcha"-type questions, which I appreciated. Very conversational. The company stressed their work-life balance and open environment. Answer Question
