    Pros

Excellent work atmosphere and great group of people to work with. I really enjoyed my time there and had a great professional experience.

    Cons

This is not a place where you can move up. You are either sales or recruiting. The salary isn't very high and commissions are sub par.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The leadership is great and you are always being pushed to do your best. There is guidance there in case you run into a road black.

    Application Details

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 daysinterviewed at Professional Placement Services in July 2013.

    Interview Details

This was an interview for another company through PPS's recruiting. The recruiter told me about this great position (although was not permitted to tell me the name of the company, which should have triggered something for me right away) with a company near Akron, OH. He had me come up to Akron to conduct an in-person interview with him. He knew this was about an hour away from where I lived. We sat down together and he pretty much told me what he told me about the position already on the phone - a basic list of qualifications that I could read on the job application site. He proceeded to go down the short list and ask me if I knew anything about each item (.NET programming, OO programming, SQL, etc.), which he knew nothing of anyway. This was something that could have been done in a 5-10 minute phone conversation and avoided wasting my time. Afterwards, he never even responded to emails. I found this company to be very unprofessional
