    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Progressus Therapy full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Working contract in the schools allows you more income and distance from district politics. Good job security if you do a good job. Even though you are contract, they would still hire you again next year than a stranger. Good pay rate and benefits! Lots of time off if you like that.

    Cons

You feel a bit as an outsider not being a part completely of the school district and schools you work out definitely see you as an outsider and may give you a difficult time accessing their websites. No sick day, very little PTO, too many days off in the school year you don't get paid for. Difficult to connect with other Progressus employees and no face to face contact with manager and other management personnel...

    Advice to Management

HR was not always very helpful in the past but has improved the last 2-3 years.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Progressus Therapy in May 2015.

    Interview

I applied online. A representative called me and conducted a phone interview. I then did a phone interview with the staff from the facility where I would be placed. I was then offered a job and we negotiated the salary. Overall, it was a positive experience.

    Interview Questions

    Negotiation

We went back forth regarding my hourly wage. They ended coming up $5 an hour.
