    Approves of CEO

Finally, a smart, savvy businessman to lead the company. The only person that can understand what client's want, and how to teach consultants how to navigate the difficulties of a life on the road, is a fellow road warrior. The new CEO is a conscious, caring leader. He doesn't tolerate fools or anything but 100% commitment to the company's clients from anyone, including himself. Any one who thinks he has a "Toxic Reputation" should be looking to what THEY didn't bring to the job before they think it had anything to do with him. Will he call you on your screw ups? Yes. But he will also help you improve. Does he expect competence? Yes, and he will help you develop it. Does he expect commitment? Yes. That's one of the reasons he is so successful. He's all about people taking responsibility for their actions. THAT is the sign of a great leader.

I hope none now with the new leadership!

    Advice to Management

What is so great about the new CEO is how he genuinely cares about the consultants and staff. Listen to them, show them who you are because it is something really special.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Project Leadership Associates.

Interview screen with internal recruiter. Phone screen with hiring manager. Panel interview with three people. First two were about 30 minutes. The onsite was done all in one shot and was about a two and a half hour process.

    Interview Questions

Quick. They met my asking salary.
