Good people, disorganized on the back end, silo'd departments in a lot of cases

I have been working at Proofpoint full-time for more than a year

Everyone is very nice, the pay is good, and everyone is usually pretty helpful. There's some politics in play but less than a lot of places. Executives are great and know what they're doing.

There isn't a ton of collaboration between teams.
Work life balance suffers if you want to get anything done
Ops->Engineering and vice versa feels pretty silo'd
If you have to travel, no corporate card, even if it's internationally and in the thousands out of pocket

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Corporate cards for travel so employees aren't spending thousands out of pocket to get paid back next month
