I have been working at Property Solutions International full-timePros
The CEO is a good man. A lot of the reviews on here seem to harp on him which is somewhat unfair. So he might not be the greatest CEO, but he certainly isn't the worse. Sure, upper and middle management might not be the best, but they're certainly not the worse either. I think what separates the CEO and management from other companies is they may not get things right at first, but they'll admit to their own mistakes, take responsibility for it and fix the situation. It's like a younger bunch, meaning the average age of management is probably like in their late 20's or early 30's, so there's going to be some inexperience in there, but fortunately, it's compensated by their other strengths: intelligence, talent, self-reliance and well meaning goodness.
The company is very merit based. If you work hard and do good work, you'll get rewarded. If you don't, then it's a tough place to work. It's rare that a competent and good worker will slip through the crack. The guys who seem to be complaining on here about the company, the product or the people, I would say, they're probably the ones that need to introspect and re-assess their own contributions to the company, because it might be out of alignment with reality. Reading some of them makes me think, they're some tinge of entitlement in those negative reviews.
Don't work here if you're
- not smart
- lazy / a job coaster
The system will sift you out pretty quickly and reject you.
I would say Property Solutions' greatest strength is the people that work here. They are genuinely good people, morally and talent-wise.Cons
Sometimes, the rewards don't seem proportional and seem irrational at times.Advice to ManagementAdvice
Try to make the hiring process more rigorous. Google has a super stringent on-boarding process. They figured it out. It's way more costly to hire incorrectly than to hire and fire later. It effects team morale. The wrong person being hired does tremendous damage to the company in terms of utilizing resources and taking up resources.RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEO

Getting an Interview
- Application Details
I applied online. The process took a week – interviewed at Property Solutions International.Interview Details
Met with two product managers and their supervisor. Supervisor didn't seem all that engaged and in fact had another meeting on top of my interview and left at the beginning, but the other two were great and we had a great interview. Seemed like a good place to work. When asked during the interview what more qualifications I could have to get the job, they didn't cite anything as a reason I would not be an ideal candidate -no other feedback provided.Interview Questions
