I have been working at Provide Commerce

    Pros

Class A building, comfortable chairs, newer technology, paperless environment, flexible schedulung (they are open 24/7/365), on site gym & yoga room (2nd season temps + employees), fully stocked lunchroom to buy food, free parking, goodies during peak season (chocolate, root beer floats and/or jamba juices), weekly flower/plant raffles, 98% awesome customers that call in, procedure manuals showing/telling you how to excel in your position. Opportunity to leave early if needed. vto = Voluntary Time Off....when there are less than anticipated calls coming in.....

    Cons

Low pay... $9 during training, $10 to start on the floor (phones), and a .40 - .65 cent raise within the year.....the company was just purchased by FTD 12/31/2014 and annual sales boast over $1 billion, but the front liners (CSR phone reps) get low pay. When the season ends, 325+ reps can be let go....and rehired for the next season....keep your resume current! Unstable annual income to meet budget needs.

    Application Details

I applied through college or university. The process took a weekinterviewed at Provide Commerce in October 2014.

    Interview Details

They provided dinner which was alright. All the engineers and recruiters were really nice to talk to and approachable. After dinner, they led us into a room to code problems that they had set up on Eclipse. They were fairly straightforward, but still time-consuming. Afterwards, you had one on one time to talk to an employee to discuss your experiences.

    Interview Questions
    • Behavioral question was probably most difficult. They really wanted to know why you wanted to work there and what your interests were.   Answer Question
