I have been working at Providence Medical Center full-time (more than 10 years)

The pay and the pts that come in.its fast paced.

Needs more help. The pt to care ratio can be challenging sometimes.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Change the cna to pt ratio on all the floors like you have it on 2. It is unfair they do the same work as the other aides but get special treatment. It was better on all floors when it was 6 pts to 1 rn and 1 cna! Your staff was happier and worked as a team. Treat your cna's like they matter. They are not like dietary or housekeeping. They did go to some schooling of trade. And have some experience in what they do. They do work HARDER than 90% OF YOUR RN'S! Start watching your videos you have on floors see who is working and who isnt. Start treating the aides like they matter!
