    Pros

    Room for growth. Friendly atmosphere.

    Cons

Not a con - but the company is so large it's a bit difficult to get to know co-workers.

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 dayinterviewed at Prysmian Group (Columbia, SC) in January 2015.

    Interview

It was a long process (8:30am-5pm) that included 1-to-1 interviews with HR managers, VPs with backgrounds and interests similar to mine and a group case exercise where we were reviewed by a panel. 8 candidates were invited for the on-site interview and 4 were selected at the end of the day.

Overall, I enjoyed the process especially the group case. The company seems to have the relaxed culture of its Italian roots. People were nice and the interviews had an informal feeling making the process easier.
