I worked at Public Communications Services full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

The CEO and founding partner was passionate, knowledgable and inspiring to work for. I was given some great opportunities to learn and grow while working with some awesome people that i truly considered my friends.

    Cons

The management team did not execute on some key initiatives and held onto some team members that did not make the right decisions when needed. Not everyone was given the same opportunities and therefore they did not contribute at the level the company needed.
