Former Employee - Assistant Director for High School Consortiums in Westville, IN

I worked at Purdue University full-time (less than an year)

The job started out with very good benefits, 20 days of vacation and comp time, lots of sick leave. The people in administrative positions are very good to work with.

Hours were long because there are not enough people to perform all tasks needed. Constantly staying late to finish work that could have been done by another employee

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire more employees to handle the basic things like secretarial work and answering phones for basic questions in regards to the school.
