    Great, friendly people
    Work around your schedule especially if you are in school at same time
    Ability to chose what subject you will be teaching

    I first had a phone interview then a face to face. It was a long process due to the holidays. I was asked mostly behavioral questions. It was nice because I feel I am a good fit in the department.
